using any of my work or likeness to promote bigoted, harmful, or otherwise illegal content, which includes the sexualization and/or infantilization of children or child-like characters;

using any of my work or likeness for use in and/or with AI, NFT, cryptocurrency, and/or any other form of machine-learning technology;

using any of my work or likeness for profit, including paywalled, vaulted, early access, or server exclusive items (read on to see exceptions to this rule);

using any of my work or likeness without direct credit to me for said work at all times.

you are not allowed to port or edit my work to or for the following bodies, even for private use, with the reservation that i am allowed to change this list at any given time. in turn, for commissions, i will not accept requests to port to, from, or otherwise edit for the following:

any Gen3 body (eve, pythia, freyja, etc.)

otopop, or any other nsfw/"shortstack" lalafell body

bimbo and all of its derivatives (including TBSE-F)

nymph

TBSE-Z

you are allowed to take commissions for edits of my mods, but those edits MUST be made free AND easily accessible to the public. credit must be given to me for the original. these cannot be paywalled, vaulted, put in early access, or marked as server exclusive. if you want an upscale of a mod i've already made to a different body, so long as it is not the bodies listed above, feel free to do so.

you do not have to ask me for permission to edit my work. you can include my textures/models for any upscales or edits. following the above ruleset is all i ask for.
